The PPH Super Intalox Saddle is a high-performance random packing manufactured from polypropylene homopolymer (PPH). PPH differs from standard PP copolymer by consisting of a single propylene monomer, which gives it higher crystallinity, greater rigidity, and improved heat resistance—allowing continuous operation up to 100°C. The saddle-shaped geometry with serrated shell edges and additional perforations connects inner and outer surfaces, increasing free flow channels and promoting liquid distribution and surface renewal. This design delivers higher treatment capacity, lower pressure drop, and better mass transfer performance than standard Intalox saddles. Compared to standard PP Super Intalox Saddles, the PPH version offers superior stiffness and deformation resistance, making it suitable for deeper packed beds and higher-temperature services in scrubbing, absorption, and desulfurization towers across chemical, metallurgical, and environmental protection industries.
