The Plastic Pall Ring is a high-efficiency random packing developed as a lightweight, corrosion-proof alternative to metal and ceramic Pall rings. It features the same proven geometry—a cylindrical body with two rows of windows and inwardly bent tongues—but is injection molded from chemically resistant thermoplastics such as PP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, or PTFE. This combination of optimized structure and plastic material delivers excellent mass transfer performance while providing immunity to acids, alkalis, and solvents. It is extensively used in absorption, scrubbing, degassing, and stripping towers in chemical plants, electroplating facilities, wastewater treatment, and gas purification systems.
