The RPP Pall Ring is a high-performance random packing manufactured from glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (RPP). By incorporating glass fiber into the PP matrix, the material achieves significantly higher tensile strength, stiffness, and heat distortion temperature compared to standard polypropylene. This enables the RPP Pall Ring to be used in higher temperature environments and taller packed beds where standard PP packings would deform or collapse. The geometry remains the proven Pall ring design—cylindrical with two rows of windows and inward-bent tongues—ensuring excellent gas-liquid contact, high voidage, and low pressure drop. It is widely used in absorption towers, scrubbers, and cooling towers in chemical, metallurgical, and environmental protection industries.
