The PPH Pall Ring is a high-performance random packing manufactured from polypropylene homopolymer (PPH). Unlike standard PP, which is often a copolymer, PPH consists of a single propylene monomer structure, giving it higher crystallinity, greater rigidity, and improved heat resistance. These properties allow the PPH Pall Ring to operate reliably at temperatures up to 100°C continuous—higher than standard PP—and to withstand greater bed depths without deformation. The packing retains the classic Pall ring geometry with two rows of windows and inward-bent tongues, ensuring excellent gas-liquid contact, high voidage, and low pressure drop. It is widely used in absorption towers, scrubbers, cooling towers, and chemical processing systems where both corrosion resistance and mechanical strength are essential.
