The Plastic Trough Liquid Distributor is a streamlined, corrosion‑resistant column internal that ensures even liquid distribution across the entire cross‑section of a packed bed. Made entirely from PP, PVC, PVDF, or PTFE, it features a series of parallel troughs with precision‑machined V‑notches or holes. Liquid enters via a main feed, fills the troughs, and overflows uniformly onto the packing surface. Unlike the trough‑pan distributor, this trough‑only design uses no bottom pan, making it lighter, simpler to install, and especially suitable as a secondary distributor or in moderate liquid load applications where chemical resistance is paramount.
Product Highlights
