Plastic Conjugated Ring Product Description
Plastic Conjugated Ring is a high-performance random tower packing with an optimized curved structure, engineered to enhance gas-liquid contact uniformity and boost the efficiency of industrial separation and mass transfer processes.
It delivers key advantages including high void ratio, low pressure drop, and high mass transfer efficiency—along with uniform liquid distribution, excellent anti-fouling performance, and strong mechanical strength, making it ideal for intensive scrubbing, absorption and separation operations.
Constructed from corrosion-resistant, heat-stable plastics (PP, RPP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF), it performs reliably in operating temperatures ranging from -20°C to 150°C (PP: ≤100°C, PVDF: ≤150°C). Compared to traditional Pall rings or Raschig rings, this packing offers larger flux, lower energy consumption, and easier loading/unloading for long-term stable operation.
Widely applied in absorption towers, scrubbers, distillation columns, waste gas treatment systems and water treatment projects, it suits petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali and environmental protection industries—including acid gas removal, VOC stripping, desulfurization and wastewater treatment processes.
