    Plastic Heilex Ring Product Description

     
    Plastic Heilex Ring is a high-performance open-structured random tower packing, engineered for industrial separation and mass transfer processes with high load and anti-fouling requirements.

     
    It delivers key advantages including high void volume, low pressure drop, and excellent anti-fouling performance—along with uniform gas-liquid distribution, high flooding point, and stable structural integrity, making it ideal for intensive scrubbing, desulfurization, and absorption operations.
     
    Constructed from corrosion-resistant, heat-stable plastics (PP, RPP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF), it performs reliably in operating temperatures ranging from -20°C to 150°C (PP: ≤100°C, PVDF: ≤150°C). Compared to conventional Pall Rings, this packing offers larger flux capacity, reduced risk of clogging, and easier installation and maintenance for long-term tower operation.
     
    Widely applied in absorption towers, scrubbers, desulfurization systems, waste gas treatment projects and water treatment facilities, it suits petroleum, chemical, power plant and environmental protection industries—including flue gas desulfurization, VOC stripping, acid gas removal and wastewater treatment processes.
