Plastic Tri-Pack Environmental Protection Ball Product Description
Plastic Tri-Pack (also known as Environmental Protection Ball or Polyhedral Hollow Ball) is a high-performance random tower packing specifically designed for environmental protection and industrial separation processes.
It features excellent corrosion resistance, large void space, high flux, low pressure drop and uniform gas-liquid distribution, making it suitable for high-efficiency mass transfer operations in various towers. The unique structure with reinforced ring and 12 petal-shaped vanes on each hemisphere ensures stable performance and long service life.
Manufactured by injection molding from PP, CPVC, PVC, PVDF and other plastic materials, it offers good mechanical strength and can operate stably in different temperature and corrosive environments.
This product is widely applied in CO2 degassing towers, contact reaction towers, scrubbers, absorption towers, waste gas treatment and water treatment projects in chemical, petrochemical and environmental protection industries.
