    PTFE Pall Ring is a high-performance corrosion-resistant random tower packing, an advanced version of the traditional Pall Ring made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), engineered for extreme chemical environments and high-temperature industrial separation processes.
     
    It delivers key advantages including ultra-high corrosion resistance, excellent chemical inertness, and stable performance in strong acid/alkali conditions—along with uniform gas-liquid distribution, low pressure drop, high mass transfer efficiency, and a high flooding point, making it ideal for intensive scrubbing, absorption, and distillation operations in harsh environments.
     
    Constructed from pure PTFE material, it performs reliably in operating temperatures ranging from -200°C to 260°C. Compared to conventional plastic or metal Pall Rings, this packing offers unmatched resistance to most strong acids, alkalis, and corrosive media, with excellent anti-aging and long service life, even in high-load and continuous operation conditions.
