The CPVC Pall Ring is a specialized random packing injection-molded from chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC). By introducing additional chlorine into the PVC molecular chain, CPVC achieves a higher heat distortion temperature (up to 95°C) and improved chemical resistance compared to standard PVC, while retaining the same proven Pall ring geometry. The cylindrical body with two rows of windows and inwardly bent tongues ensures efficient gas-liquid contact, uniform liquid distribution, and low pressure drop. This combination makes the CPVC Pall Ring particularly suitable for demanding applications such as hot acid fume scrubbing, electroplating exhaust treatment, and chemical absorption processes where standard PP or PVC packings would soften or degrade.
