    Plastic Cascade Mini Rings (CMR) are a high-performance random tower packing featuring a low aspect ratio and unique tapered flange, engineered to boost industrial tower performance through optimized gas-liquid contact.
     
    It delivers key advantages including high free volume, low pressure drop, high mass transfer efficiency, excellent fouling resistance, and superior mechanical strength—along with preferred vertical orientation and expanded processing capacity, making it ideal for intensive separation and mass transfer processes.
     
    Constructed from corrosion-resistant, heat-stable plastics (PP, PE, RPP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, PFA, PTFE), it performs reliably in operating temperatures ranging from 60°C to over 150°C; compared to traditional Pall or Raschig rings, this packing offers larger flux, lower flow resistance, and enhanced durability with easy loading/unloading for practical industrial use.
     
    Widely applied in absorption towers, scrubbers, desulfurization systems, and distillation columns, it suits chemical processing, petrochemical refining, environmental protection, and wastewater treatment industries—including methanol separation, acid mist removal, and CO₂ degassing processes.
