Metal Teller Rosette Ring is a high-efficiency flower-shaped metal random packing, specially designed for industrial tower mass transfer and purification systems.
Its unique multi-petal rosette/flower-shaped structure eliminates dead zones inside the tower, ensures uniform gas-liquid contact in all directions, and effectively avoids stacking overlap and channeling problems.
Made of high wear-resistant 304 & 316 stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength and stable performance even in harsh environments with scaling or erosion.
With core advantages of large voidage, low pressure drop and high mass transfer efficiency, it is widely used in desulfurization towers, waste gas purification, chemical absorption and petrochemical refining systems.
