PP Liquid Surface Covering Ball Product Description
PP Liquid Surface Covering Ball is a non-foamed PP floating packing specially designed for covering and protecting liquid surfaces in industrial storage and treatment systems.
Its smooth, uniform spherical structure forms a continuous floating layer on liquid surfaces, effectively suppressing evaporation, preventing liquid splashing, and isolating the liquid from air contact to reduce oxidation and contamination.
Made of high-purity PP material, it features excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, stable performance in acid/alkali environments, and can work continuously at temperatures up to 120℃.
Widely used in chemical storage tanks, acid-alkali pools, wastewater treatment basins, and industrial reaction tanks for anti-evaporation, dust suppression, and liquid quality protection purposes.
