    Product Introduction

Plastic Intalox Saddle Ring Product Description

Plastic Intalox Saddle Ring is a high-efficiency random tower packing that blends ring and saddle structural designs, leveraging the strengths of both configurations to boost industrial tower performance.

It delivers key advantages including high free volume, low pressure drop, reduced mass-transfer unit height, and an elevated flooding point—along with uniform gas-liquid contact and high mass transfer efficiency, making it ideal for intensive separation and mass transfer processes.

Constructed from heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant plastics (PE, PP, RPP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF), it performs stably in media temperatures ranging from 60°C to 150°C. Compared to Pall Rings, this packing offers lower flow resistance, larger flux, and higher overall efficiency; it also features excellent durability and easy loading/unloading for practical industrial use.

Widely applied in absorption towers, distillation systems, pressure reduction equipment, and desulfurization setups, it suits chemical processing, petroleum refining, and environmental protection industries—including the isolation of substances like ethylbenzene and toluene.
